About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made through the Mkhulu Dambuza Herbs website or confirmed directly with us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms.
Orders, prices and availability
Prices are displayed in South African rand. An order is received when checkout is completed, but is accepted only after stock and payment are confirmed. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or requires clarification.
EFT payment
Use your WooCommerce order number as the EFT reference. Orders are processed after payment reflects or valid proof is verified. Never share a banking PIN, password or OTP with us.
Collection and delivery
Collection and delivery are confirmed directly. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by destination, courier availability, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Risk passes to the customer on collection or confirmed delivery.
Product use and safety
Descriptions refer to traditional use and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Read labels carefully, follow supplied directions and seek professional medical advice where appropriate.
Returns, faults and cancellations
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African consumer law.
